Beet Chips

Chef Marie

  • 1 teaspoon grapeseed oil
  • 2 large beets
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste

    Preheat the oven to 350 °F.
    Peel and thinly slice the beets. Carefully toss the slices with the oil in a bowl. Transfer to a baking sheet. Sprinkle with garlic powder and season to taste. Bake for 40 minutes, turning half way through the cooking time and seasoning again. Remove from the oven and transfer the chips to a cooling rack. Completely cool before use.
