Chef Marie Cottage Cheese and Berries Crepe

Chef Marie

  • 1 crepe
  • 2 tablespoons low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons fresh mixed berries
  • 1 teaspoon chopped walnut

    Spread the cottage cheese over the crepe. Drizzle 1 teaspoon of maple syrup and top with some berries. Roll the crepe, drizzle the remaining maple syrup and sprinkle the walnuts. Serve immediately with the remaining berries.
