Do you recommend flavored yogurt for children?

As you may have read in one of my previous answers, I am not one who recommends eliminating any food from a diet. What is a concern with flavored yogurt is the amount of sugar, artificial sugars, fillers, and coloring for some brands, especially non-organic.
From a more nutritive and healthier standpoints, I would suggest substituing a plain regular/low-fat yogurt or plain/low-fat Greek yogurt, as they have more protein and calcium, less sugar than the fruit ones, and then mix in freshly cut or pureed fruits in it. If you are going to buy flavored yogurt for your kids anyway, go organic and compare the nutritive labels products carefully.
