I have changed my diet and been eating healthy for the last six months. That said, I am gaining weight and wonder why. Can you help?

As I do not know you nor your diet and lifestyle habits, it is hard for me to answer such question here. There could be many reasons behind it. The two first things I would suggest is to consider how much you eat and how often? You may become more aware of that if you choose to keep a journal and keep track of your daily calories intake, atleast for a little while.
