What are your top 5 recommendations to lose weight?
Quite a challenging question, Aline, thank you. I really had to think about this one, as “5” is not a lot and I can think of a few more that would be important too. That said and to answer your question, I would say these five ones:

- Buy, prepare, cook and eat as natural as possible.
- Emphasize vegetarian protein sources over animal ones and include a reasonable amount of fruits and vegetables in your diet
- Drink plenty of water
- Do some kind of exercise that you enjoy and is fit to your physical abilities?
- Work on your own awareness and consciousness
