What do you think is the #1 reason for people to fail reaching their healthy weight?

I shall attempt to answer this question that I was recently asked. Looking back on my coaching years, I don't believe there is only one reason. For some, it is a lack self-esteem, a loss of interest or will. For others, it is environment influences, painful experiences, absence of exercises, sickness or other personal reasons. It is generally very personal and we cannot generalize to one reason.
I will tell you, though, my #1 solution. It is based on my coaching path many have embraced over the years. The focus is on the present and future potential. I like to "poetically" describe the adventure, as the tale of a caterpillar turning into a beautiful butterfly!
