I still remember the day I told my husband I was going to start a business. It was in 1999, when I realized that our society was seriously losing touch with healthy eating habits. The subject was barely making the news in those days. My mission started then and is not about to end, considering the health issues many face today. Obesity, diabetes, heart disease, and allergies are at a record high among adults and children. Over the years, I have helped many people improve their health and, to this day, there are three things that truly still bother me.

First, to see how many people, particularly children, are sick and suffering, because of poor healthy lifestyle and eating habits.

Second, to see how many people have lost sense of what really foods taste like, because of the omnipresence of processed food in their lives.

Third, to see how healthy eating and the pleasure of the table have been kicked off the top list of healthy lifestyle, because of the fast pace of living and the wrong priorities choices one make in life.

Without a doubt in my mind, the only solution to all the health problems today, is education. Therefore, I intend to continue to bring awareness to the true sense of healthy eating. I will continue to help people developing a healthy relationship with food while re-discovering the healthy pleasures of eating.
